Lobby Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
For arrivals after 10 PM, please use telephone/intercom located to the right of the Main Lobby door.
A Host is always available by telephone at 719.539.2895
Please leave your room key(s) in the room or drop off at the Main Lobby.

Your pleasant and comfortable stay is our #1 proirity. Our pet policy is in place to ensure that all guests
are entitled to clean, animal hair and dander-free accomodations. We ask all guests to respect our policy
of pet-free rooms.
Any evidence of pets on the property will result in the immediate eviction from the property and a pet cleaning
fee of a minimum of $200 will be charged. Room charges are not refunded to Pet Policy violation evictions.
Smoking is allowed only in our designated smoking area – the Patio, located near the Hot Tub.
Violators maybe told to leave immediately – no refunds are given for policy violation evictions.
Fees for smoking in rooms begin at $250.

For extended stays, housekeeping is provided every second day of your stay. During peak seasons,
housekeeping for extended stays may be provided on the third day (limited available labor).
Please visit the Front Desk for towels and any additional amenities you may need.
Continental Breakfast is available daily.
Weekday hours: 6:15 AM – 9:30 AM
Weekend hours: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Hot Tub Hours: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Ice Machine is open 24/7 and is located in Ice Room, west side of parking area
(right of Main Lobby).
